All kinds. Serious students, young families, professionals, and seniors. We have a strict noise policy. If you like to throw loud parties, this is not the place for you.

2. Are cats allowed?

Yes, with an additional pet deposit of $100.

3. Are dogs allowed?

No, sorry, we don't allow dogs at this time.

4. What utilities are included?

Water, Sewer and Trash.

5. How long is the lease?

New tenants start with a 12 month lease, after which it converts to a month-to-month agreement.

6. Is off-street parking included?

Yes, a 1 bedroom apartment has 1 assigned space, a 2 bedroom apartment has 2 assigned spaces.There are also unassigned parking spaces, as well as plenty of on-street parking.

7. Can I get an additional assigned parking space?

Yes, for an additional $25 per month.

8. How many apartments are there?

There are 5 buildings with a total of 48 apartments. 32 are 1 bedroom apartments, and16 are 2 bedroom apartments.

9. How far to Cal Poly and Cuesta College?

Cal Poly is approximately 3.5 miles (8 minutes) and Cuesta College is approximately 7.3 miles (17 minutes)

10. How far to downtown SLO (Higuera St)?

Downtown Higuera is approximately 1.9 miles (4 minutes)

11. How many washers and dryers are in the laundry room?

There are 7 of each, all coin operated with quarters.

12. Is there a place to lock my bike?

Yes, there are 4 bike racks.

13. Are there outdoor BBQ grills?

Yes, there are 4 BBQ grills.
